Western Area Power Administration; Notice of Filing

    Take notice that on December 5, 2016, Western Area Power 
Administration submitted a tariff filing per: DSW_NTS/AS_WAPA175A-
20161201 to be effective 10/1/2016.
    Any person desiring to intervene or to protest this filing must
