disaster for Public Assistance Only for the Commonwealth of 
PENNSYLVANIA (FEMA-4292-DR), dated 12/02/2016.
    Incident: Severe Storms and Flooding.
    Incident Period: 10/20/2016 through 10/21/2016.
    Effective Date: 12/02/2016.
    Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 01/31/2017.
    Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date: 09/05/2017.

the President's major disaster declaration on 12/02/2016, Private Non-

    The following areas have been determined to be adversely affected 
by the disaster:
