As part of its continuing effort to reduce paperwork burdens, and as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) of 1995, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC or the Commission) invites the general public and other Federal agencies to take this opportunity to comment on the following information collection. Comments are requested concerning: Whether the proposed collection of information is necessary for the proper performance of the functions of the Commission, including whether the information shall have practical utility; the accuracy of the Commission's burden estimate; ways to enhance the quality, utility, and clarity of the information collected; ways to minimize the burden of the collection of information on the respondents, including the use of automated collection techniques or other forms of information technology; and ways to further reduce the information collection burden on small business concerns with fewer than 25 employees. The FCC may not conduct or sponsor a collection of information unless it displays a currently valid control number. No person shall be subject to any penalty for failing to comply with a collection of information subject to the PRA that does not display a valid Office of Management and Budget (OMB) control number.

SUMMARY: As part of its continuing effort to reduce paperwork burdens, 
and as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) of 1995, the

automated collection techniques or other forms of information 
technology; and ways to further reduce the information collection

    Title: Workplace Discrimination Complaints.
    Form Numbers: FCC Form 5621 and FCC Form 5622.
    Type of Review: New collection.
    Respondents: Individuals.
    Number of Respondents and Responses: 26 respondents and 26 
responses.
    Estimated Time per Response: 3.5 hours.
    Frequency of Response: One-time reporting requirement.
    Obligation to Respond: Voluntary. Statutory authority for these 
collections are contained in 29 U.S.C. 206(d), 633a, 791, and 794a; 42 
U.S.C. 2000e-16 and 2000ff-6(f).
    Total Annual Burden: 91 hours.
    Total Annual Cost: $15,000.
    Privacy Impact Assessment: The FCC is drafting a Privacy Impact 
Assessment to cover the personally identifiable information (PIA) that 
will be collected, used, and stored.
    Nature and Extent of Confidentiality: There is no need for 
confidentiality with this collection of information.
    Needs and Uses: FCC employees, former employees and applicants for 
employment who believe they were denied equal employment opportunity 
based on race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, physical 
or mental disability, genetic information and/or reprisal will complete 
FCC Form 5621 and FCC Form 5622.
