SUMMARY: Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the provisions of the 
rules and regulations of the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights 
(Commission) and the Federal Advisory Committee Act that the Minnesota 
Advisory Committee (Committee) will hold a meeting on Tuesday March 21, 
2017, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:15 p.m. CST, for the purpose of hearing 
public testimony regarding civil rights and policing practices in the 
state.

DATES: The meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 21, 2017, from 8:00 
a.m. to 5:10 p.m. CST.

LOCATION: Frey Moot Courtroom, University of St. Thomas Minnesota 
School of Law, 1000 LaSalle Avenue, Minneapolis, MN 55403.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: This meeting is free and open to the public. 
Persons with disabilities requiring reasonable accommodations should

make statements during an open comment period, beginning at 4:15 p.m. 
In addition, members of the public may submit written comments; the
