The purpose of this notice is to allow for 60 days of public comment. Public and Indian Housing Grant recipients use the payment vouchers to request funds from HUD through the LOCCS/VRS voice activated system. The information collected on the form serves also as an internal control measure to ensure the lawful and appropriate disbursement of Federal funds. DATES: Comments Due Date: August 18, 2017.
