    Description of Relief Sought: Petitioner is requesting a five year 
extension of existing FAA's exemption 8112, which would continue to 
allow Southwest Airlines to conduct three scheduled inside-perimeter 
operations, at Washington National Airport (DCA), as follows:
    (1) In the 0800 hour to provide service between Washington, DC 
(DCA) and St. Louis (STL);
    (2) In the 1100 hour to provide service between Columbus (CMH) and 
DCA; and
    (3) In the 1600 hour to provide service between DCA and 
Indianapolis (IND).
