    (4) Affected public who will be asked or required to respond, as
well as a brief abstract: The affected public includes the estimated 30
grantees under the Consolidated Youth Program. The Consolidated Grant
Program to Address Children and Youth Experiencing Domestic and Sexual
Assault and Engage Men and Boys as Allies (Consolidated Youth Program)
was enacted in the FY 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016 appropriation
acts, which consolidated four previously authorized and appropriated
programs into one comprehensive program. The previously authorized and
appropriated four programs included in these consolidations were:
Services to Advocate for and Respond to Youth, Grants to Assist
Children and Youth Exposed to Violence, Engaging Men and Youth in
Preventing Domestic Violence and Supporting Teens through Education and
Prevention grant programs. The Consolidated Youth Program creates a
unique opportunity for communities to increase collaboration among non-
profit victim service providers, violence prevention programs, and
child and youth organizations serving victims ages 0-24. Additionally,
it supports organizations and programs that promote boys' and men's
role in combating violence against women and girls. Eligible applicants
are nonprofit, nongovernmental entities, Indian tribes or tribal
nonprofit organizations, and territorial, tribal or unit of local
government entities.
    (5) An estimate of the total number of respondents and the amount
of time estimated for an average respondent to respond/reply: It is
estimated that it will take the 30 respondents (Consolidated Youth
Program grantees) approximately one hour to complete a semi-annual
progress report. The semi-annual progress report is divided into
sections that pertain to the different types of activities that
grantees may engage in (i.e. victim services, training, prevention
activities) and grantees will be expected to provide information only
in connection with those activities supported by OVW funding.
    (6) An estimate of the total public burden (in hours) associated
with the collection: The total annual hour burden to complete the
annual progress report is 60 hours.
