[[Page 40572]] ACTION: Notice of intent to issue an exclusive patent license. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- SUMMARY: Pursuant to the provisions of agency regulations, the Department of the Air Force announces its intention to grant Sensible Spreader Technologies, LLC, a corporation of New Hampshire having a place of business at 844 Elm Street, Manchester, New Hampshire 03101, an exclusive license in any right, title and interest the United States Air Force has in: In U.S. Patent 8,428,993 entitled ``Method and Apparatus for Risk Identification and Mitigation in Shift Work Fatigue'', issued on April 23, 2013.
