SUMMARY: The Mid-Atlantic Fishery Management Council's Spiny Dogfish 
Monitoring Committee will hold a public meeting to review 2018 
specifications and management measures and make any appropriate 
recommendations.

DATES: The meeting will be held Wednesday, September 20, 2017, from 9 
a.m. to 11 a.m.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The Mid-Atlantic Fishery Management 
Council's Spiny Dogfish Monitoring Committee will hold a public meeting 
to review 2018 specifications and management measures and make any 
appropriate recommendations. Spiny dogfish is in multi-year 
specifications for 2016-18 but the specifications are reviewed 
annually. Public comment will be taken.
