DATES: The public meeting will be held on Thursday, October 12, 2017 from 9 a.m. until 12 p.m., Eastern Time. ADDRESSES: The public meeting will be held at FAA Headquarters, 600/800 Independence Avenue SW., Washington, DC 20591.
