Texas Eastern asserts that the project will have no impact on the certificated capacity of its system, and there will be no abandonment or reduction in service to its customers. Texas Eastern estimates the cost of the project to be approximately $20 million, all as more fully set forth in the application which is on file with the Commission and open to public inspection.
