    Description of Relief Sought: To fully comply with the regulations 
for unusable fuel supply and flightcrew altering, a design improvement 
is needed to prevent an erroneous ``Center Fuel Low'' advisory message. 
A software update is required to correct the erroneous display of the 
message of the center fuel quantities above the level where center fuel 
pumps should be selected off. A time-limited exemption is sought to 
correct the issue without delay to the Boeing Model 767-2C 
certification. The exemption would be limited to a period ending on 
December 31, 2019.
