Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the provisions of the rules and regulations of the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights (Commission) and the Federal Advisory Committee Act (FACA) that a meeting of the Minnesota Advisory Committee (Committee) to the Commission will be held at 11:00 a.m. (Central Time) Wednesday November 8, 2017. The purpose of the meeting is for the Committee to discuss completion of and reporting on their 2017 study of civil rights and policing practices in the State.

ACTION: Announcement of meeting.

SUMMARY: Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the provisions of the 
rules and regulations of the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights 
(Commission) and the Federal Advisory Committee Act (FACA) that a 
meeting of the Minnesota Advisory Committee (Committee) to the 
Commission will be held at 11:00 a.m. (Central Time) Wednesday November 
8, 2017. The purpose of the meeting is for the Committee to discuss 
completion of and reporting on their 2017 study of civil rights and 
policing practices in the State.

11:00 a.m. CST.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: This meeting is available to the public

will not refund any incurred charges. Callers will incur no charge for

conference ID number.
    Members of the public are entitled to make comments during the open 
period

written comments; the comments must be received in the Regional 
Programs Unit within 30 days following the meeting. Written comments 
may be mailed to the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights, Regional Programs
