SUMMARY: This notice contains a summary of a petition seeking relief 
from specified requirements of Federal Aviation Regulations. The 
purpose of this notice is to improve the public's awareness of, and 
participation in, this aspect of the FAA's regulatory activities.

of the non-fire side of the auxiliary power unit (APU) forward firewall 
on the first 41 Boeing Model 767-2C Series airplanes produced (through 
production line number 1164).
