    The Federal Communications Commission will hold an Open Meeting on

                                         Summary: The Commission will
                                          consider a Memorandum Opinion
                                          and Order concerning the
                                          dismissal of the applicant's
                                          application for a new analog
                                          television station at
                                          Portland, Oregon.
