SUMMARY: This is a Notice of the Presidential declaration of a major 
disaster for the State of Mississippi (FEMA-4295-DR), dated 01/25/2017.
    Incident: Severe Storms, Tornadoes, Straight-line Winds, and 
Flooding.
    Incident Period: 01/20/2017 through 01/21/2017.
    Effective Date: 01/25/2017.
    Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 03/27/2017.
    Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date: 10/25/2017.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Notice is hereby given that as a result of 
the President's major disaster declaration on 01/25/2017, applications 
for disaster loans may be filed at the address listed above or other 
locally announced locations.
    The following areas have been determined to be adversely affected 
by the disaster:

Primary Counties (Physical Damage and Economic Injury Loans): Forrest, 
Lamar, Lauderdale, Perry.
Contiguous Counties (Economic Injury Loans Only):
    Mississippi: Clarke, Covington, George, Greene, Jasper, Jefferson 
Davis, Jones, Kemper, Marion, Neshoba, Newton, Pearl River, Stone, 
Wayne.
    Alabama: Choctaw, Sumter.
