SUMMARY: This document dismisses the Petition for Reconsideration filed 
by Paxson Communications Corporation (now known as ION Media Networks, 
Inc.) (ION). Due to the passage of time, ION has agreed to withdraw its 
petition. Accordingly, the Media Bureau dismisses the petition without 
prejudice.
