AGENCY: Department of the Army, DoD.

ACTION: 30-day information collection notice.

SUMMARY: The Department of Defense has submitted to OMB for clearance 
the following proposal for collection of information under the 
provisions of the Paperwork Reduction Act.

DATES: Consideration will be given to all comments received by July 2, 
2018.

    Needs and Uses: The information collection requirement is necessary 
to obtain applications from individuals

who may provide advice and recommendations regarding vital Total Army 
(Active Component, Army National Guard, and U.S. Army Reserve) Survivor 
quality of life issues. From those applications, nominees will be 
selected to advance in the selection process. Once selected, advisors 
assess how current Survivor programs and initiatives may affect the 
Survivor community.
