SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction

its duties, including whether the information is useful; (2) the
accuracy of the agency's estimate of the burden of the proposed
collection of information; (3) ways to enhance the quality, usefulness,
and clarity of the information to be collected; and (4) how to minimize
the burden of this collection on the respondents, including through the
use of information technology.
