disaster for Public Assistance Only for the State of West Virginia 
(FEMA-4378-DR), dated 07/12/2018.
    Incident: Severe Storms, Flooding, Landslides, and Mudslides.
    Incident Period: 05/28/2018 through 06/03/2018.

DATES: Issued on 07/12/2018.
    Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 09/10/2018.
    Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date: 04/12/2019.

    The following areas have been determined to be adversely affected 
by the disaster:
