Description of Proceeding: Erie Boulevard Hydropower, L.P., licensee for the Feeder Dam Transmission Line Project No. 2641, filed a request with the Commission to extend the term of the project license, from December 31, 2023 to August 31, 2042, which would [[Page 40506]] align its modified expiration date with that of the licensee's adjacent Feeder Dam Hydropower Project No. 2554, which has an expiration date of August 31, 2042. The sole purpose of the transmission line project is to transmit the net power produced by the 6.0-megawatt hydropower project located on the Hudson River. The licensee's request includes correspondence from the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and New York Department of Environmental Conservation supporting the extension of the license term. k.
