SUMMARY: This is a Notice of the Presidential declaration of a major 
disaster for Public Assistance Only for the Territory of Guam (FEMA-
4398-DR), dated 10/01/2018.
    Incident: Typhoon Mangkhut.
    Incident Period: 09/10/2018 through 09/11/2018.

DATES: Issued on October 1, 2018.
    Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 11/30/2018.
    Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date: 07/01/2019.
