SUMMARY: Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the provisions of the 
rules and regulations of the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights 
(Commission), and the Federal Advisory Committee Act (FACA) that a 
meeting of the Colorado Advisory Committee to the Commission will 
convene by conference call at 2:00 p.m. (MDT) on Friday, November 2, 
2018. The purpose of the meeting is for project planning.

DATES: Friday, November 2, 2018, at 2:00 p.m. (MDT).

    Please be advised that, before being placed into the conference

(so that callers may be notified of future meetings). Callers can
