SUMMARY: The Mid-Atlantic Fishery Management Council's Summer Flounder, 
Scup, and Black Sea Bass Advisory Panel will hold a public meeting via 
webinar, jointly with the Atlantic States Marine Fisheries Commission's 
Summer Flounder, Scup, and Black Sea Bass Advisory Panel.

DATES: The meeting will be held on Monday, November 19, 2018, from 1 
p.m. to 4 p.m. See SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION for agenda details.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The Mid-Atlantic Fishery Management 
Council's Summer Flounder, Scup, and Black Sea Bass Advisory Panel, 
together with the Atlantic States Marine Fisheries Commission's Summer 
Flounder, Scup, and Black Sea Bass Advisory Panel, will meet on Monday, 
November 19, 2018 (see DATES and ADDRESSES). The purpose of this 
meeting is to Provide comments and recommendations on recreational 
management measures for summer flounder, scup, and black sea bass in 
2019. A detailed agenda and background documents will be made
