Sunshine Act Meeting

    Pursuant to the provisions of the ``Government in the Sunshine 
Act'' (5 U.S.C. 552b), notice is hereby given that the Federal Deposit 
Insurance Corporation's Board of Directors will meet in open session at 
10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, December 18, 2018, to consider the following 
matters:
    Summary Agenda: No substantive discussion of the following items is 
anticipated. These matters will be resolved with a single vote unless a 
member of the Board of Directors requests that an item be moved to the 
discussion agenda.

    Disposition of Minutes of a Board of Directors' Meeting 
Previously Distributed.
    Memorandum and resolution re: Notice of Proposed Rulemaking: 
Revisions to Prohibitions and Restrictions on Proprietary Trading 
and Certain Interests in, and Relationships With, Hedge Funds and 
Private Equity Funds.
    Memorandum and resolution re: Final Rule: Regulatory Capital 
Rule: Implementation and Transition of the Current Expected Credit 
Losses Methodology for Allowances and Related Adjustments to the 
Regulatory Capital Rule and Conforming Amendments to Other 
Regulations.
    Memorandum and resolution re: Notice of Proposed Rulemaking to 
(1) Rescind Regulations Transferred from the Former Office of Thrift

    Briefing: Update of Projected Deposit Insurance Fund Losses, 
Income, and Reserve Ratios for the Restoration Plan.

DC.
