The purpose of the conference is to discuss policy issues related to the reliability of the Bulk-Power System. The Commission will issue an agenda at a later date in a supplemental notice. The conference will be open for the public to attend. There is no fee for attendance. However, members of the public are encouraged to preregister online at: https://www.ferc.gov/whats-new/registration/07-31-18-form.asp. Those wishing to be considered for participation in panel discussions should submit nominations no later than close of business on March 23, 2018 online at: https://www.ferc.gov/whats-new/registration/07-31-18-speaker-form.asp.
