SUMMARY:

This is a Notice of the Presidential declaration of a major disaster for Public Assistance Only for the State of California (FEMA-4308-DR), dated 04/01/2017.

Incident: Severe Winter Storms, Flooding, and Mudslides.

Incident Period: 02/01/2017 Through 02/23/2017.

Effective Date: 04/01/2017.

Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 05/31/2017.

Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date: 01/02/2018.

Notice is hereby given that as a result of the President's major disaster declaration on 04/01/2017, Private Non-Profit organizations that provide essential services of governmental nature may file disaster loan applications at the address listed above or other locally announced locations.

The following areas have been determined to be adversely affected by the disaster:

Primary Counties: Alameda, Alpine, Amador, Butte, Calaveras, Colusa, Contra Costa, Del Norte, El Dorado, Glenn, Humboldt, Kings, Lake, Lassen, Marin, Mariposa, Merced, Modoc, Monterey, Napa, Nevada, Plumas, Sacramento, San Benito, San Joaquin, San Luis Obispo, San Mateo, Santa Barbara, Santa Clara, Santa Cruz, Shasta, Sierra, Siskiyou, Solano, Sonoma, Stanislaus, Sutter, Tehama, Trinity, Tuolumne, Yolo, Yuba
