SUMMARY:

This notice amends the notice of a major disaster declaration for the La Jolla Band of Luiseño Indians (FEMA-4422-DR), dated March 26, 2019, and related determinations.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) hereby gives notice that pursuant to the authority vested in the Administrator, under Executive Order 12148, as amended, Benigno Bern Ruiz, of FEMA is appointed to act as the Federal Coordinating Officer for this disaster. ( printed page 28324)

This action terminates the appointment of Mark Wingate as Federal Coordinating Officer for this disaster.
