This is a Notice of the Presidential declaration of a major disaster for the State of Ohio (FEMA-4447-DR), dated 06/18/2019.

Incident: Severe Storms, Straight-line Winds, Tornadoes, Flooding, and Landslides.

Incident Period: 05/27/2019 through 05/29/2019.

DATES:

Issued on 06/18/2019.

Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 08/19/2019.

Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date: 03/18/2020.

Notice is hereby given that as a result of the President's major disaster declaration on 06/18/2019, applications for disaster ( printed page 30295) loans may be filed at the address listed above or other locally announced locations.

The following areas have been determined to be adversely affected by the disaster:

Primary Counties (Physical Damage and Economic Injury Loans): Auglaize, Darke, Greene, Hocking, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Muskingum, Perry, Pickaway.

Contiguous Counties (Economic Injury Loans Only):

Ohio: Allen, Athens, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clinton, Coshocton, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Guernsey, Hardin, Licking, Logan, Madison, Morgan, Noble, Preble, Ross, Shelby, Van Wert, Vinton, Warren.

Indiana: Adams, Jay, Randolph, Wayne.
