On July 28, 2026, pursuant to Rule 212 of the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure,[1] PJM Interconnection, L.L.C. (PJM) and Indicated PJM Transmission Owners [2] (Indicated PJM TOs) each filed a motion to hold the show cause proceeding in Docket No. EL26-67-000 in abeyance for 90 days. PJM and Indicated PJM TOs each request that the Commission shorten the answer period for their respective motions to five days, such that answers to the motion would be due on or by Monday, August 3, 2026.
Upon consideration, notice is hereby given that answers in response to the motions for abeyance are due by 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time on Friday, August 7, 2026.
