I hereby rescind the Decision and Order published on August 20, 2026, at 91 FR 13986 (2026). Additionally, I withdraw the Order to Show Cause issued to Mark Allen, D.D.S., of Edmond, Oklahoma on November 24, 2025.
It is so ordered.
This Order is effective immediately.
