Description of Relief Sought: Volatus Aerospace US Corp requests an exemption to operate the FlyingBasket SRL FB3 unmanned aircraft system (UAS), weighing over 55 pounds (lbs.) but no more than 393.50 lbs., to demonstrate and conduct external-load, cargo-lift, and telecommunications infrastructure support operations.
