Drug Enforcement Administration
The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) published a document in the Federal Register on September 8, 2026, concerning the recission of a final agency action regarding Mark Allen, D.D.S. That document contained a citation error corrected herein.
I hereby rescind the Decision and Order published on July 10, 2026, at 91 FR 42757 (2026). Additionally, I withdraw the Order to Show Cause issued to Mark Allen, D.D.S., of Edmond, Oklahoma on November 24, 2025.
It is so ordered.
