SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:
Background
On May 22, 2025, Commerce published in the
Federal Register
the AD orders on DOTP from Malaysia, Poland, Taiwan, and Türkiye.[1]
In the “Provisional Measures” section of that notice, we: (1) incorrectly stated that the six-month provisional measures period beginning on the date of the publication of the
Preliminary Determinations
ended on May 4, 2025; and (2) incorrectly stated that the termination of suspension of liquidation due to the expiration of provisional measures began on May 5, 2025. The correct dates for the end of provisional measures and the termination of suspension of liquidation as a result of the expiration of provisional measures are May 3, 2025, and May 4, 2025, respectively.
Correction
In the
Federal Register
of May 22, 2025, in FR Doc 2025-09163, on page 21899, in the first column, correct the following sentences to read as follows: “Therefore, the six-month provisional measures period beginning on the date of publication of the
Preliminary Determinations
ended on May 3, 2025” and “. . . DOTP from Malaysia, Poland, Taiwan, and Türkiye entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after May 4, 2025.”
Notification to Interested Parties
This notice is issued and published in accordance with section 736(a) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended, and 19 CFR 351.211(b).
