The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), published a document in the
Federal Register
of October 1, 2026, concerning the appointment of individuals to serve on the VA's Performance Review Board (PRB) that inadvertently omitted the name of one individual. This document corrects that notice by adding one additional PRB member.

Correction
On October 1, 2026, in a
Federal Register
notice titled “Corporate Senior Executive Management Office Notice of Performance Review Board Members”, VA announced the appointment of individuals to serve on the VA's PRB.
See91 FR 62596. This notice corrects the prior notice by adding an additional member to the PRB. The amended list now includes the following individuals:
Douglas A. Collins, Secretary of Veterans Affairs, approved this document on October 26, 2026 and authorized the undersigned to sign and submit the document to the Office of the Federal Register for publication electronically as an official document of the Department of Veterans Affairs.
