A registered bulk manufacturer of methylphenidate submitted an objection to the proposed registration of Inhalon Pharmaceuticals for the manufacture of methylphenidate. Inhalon Pharmaceuticals has requested that its application be withdrawn. Therefore, Inhalon Pharmaceuticals application to manufacture amphetamine and methylphenidate is hereby withdrawn.
