Sunshine Act Meeting

TIME AND DATE: The Operations and Regulations Committee of the Legal 
Services Corporation Board of Directors will meet on April 16, 1999. 
The meeting will begin at 10:00 p.m. and continue until the Committee 
concludes its agenda.

LOCATION: Hilton Hotel, 5000 Seminary Road, Alexandria, Virginia 22311.

STATUS OF MEETING: Open.

MATTERS TO BE CONSIDERED:
    1. Approval of agenda.
    2. Approval of minutes of the Committee's meeting of February 21, 
1999.
    3. Consider public comment and consider and act on final rule, 45 
CFR Part 1641, Debarment, Suspension and Removal of Recipient Auditors.
    4. Consider public comment and consider and act on final rule, 45 
CFR Part 1628, Recipient Fund Balances.
    5. Develop a recommendation to make to the Board regarding setting 
of the compensation level for the Corporation's Inspector General.
    6. Consider and act on other business.
    7. Public comment.
