Correction

    In rule document 98-22659 beginning on page 48848, in the issue of 
Friday, September 11, 1998, make the following corrections:

PART 59--[CORRECTED]

    On page 48886, in appendix A to subpart D, the entries in Table 1 
are corrected to read as set forth below.

                       for Architectural Coatings
  [Unless otherwise specified, limits are expressed in grams of VOC per
  liter of coating thinned to the manufacturer's maximum recommendation
