ACTION: Notice of application. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- SUMMARY: The Office of Fossil Energy (FE) of the Department of Energy (DOE) gives notice of receipt of an application (Application), filed on September 18, 2015, by SeaOne Gulfport, LLC (SeaOne), requesting long- term, multi-contract authorization to export up to a total of 1.0 billion cubic feet per day (Bcf/d) of natural gas contained in Compressed Gas Liquid (CGL) by vessel \1\ to any country located in or adjoining the Caribbean Basin and the Gulf of Mexico with which the United States does not have a free trade agreement (FTA) requiring national treatment for trade in natural gas, and with which trade is not prohibited by U.S. law or policy (non-FTA countries).\2\ SeaOne requests the authorization for a 30-year term to commence on the date of first commercial export.
